Everyone else is doing a very good job of writing about #amazonfail - suffice it to say that I will be interested to see how Amazon responds tomorrow - so far their claim of a "glitch" doesn't ring true, given that authors received emails from customer service reps specifically stating that this was a "new policy". There's a theory going around that it may have been one or more groups taking advantage of a tagging vulnerability - while this may be true, it doesn't explain the emails that authors got in response to their reporting of it.

In happier news - First Puppy. Too cute and yay, now maybe the news can focus on something else?
